In the event of an emergency, you will be asked to supply full information to ascertain the exact nature of the problem, thereby avoiding unnecessary call outs and associated costs.
However, should a call out prove necessary, you will be informed of the earliest time of arrival of the maintenance engineers.
On arrival, they will carry out any repairs possible immediately, limiting potential downtime.

The roller shutter curtain is fabricated from interlocking 75mm 0.7 galvanized lath for shutters with a 5-meter maximum width and 0.9 for anything up to 9 meters with endlocks secured at the end of alternative lath.
