Services
Sash Windows
We design and install handcrafted sash windows using Accoya timber, offering superior durability and thermal efficiency. Our products combine traditional aesthetics with modern double glazing to enhance property value and energy performance. Each window is custom-made in our Otley workshop to match architectural specifications while meeting contemporary insulation standards.
Bi-Folding Doors
Our bi-folding doors create seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces with minimal structural impact. Constructed from sustainably sourced hardwood, they feature precision-engineered hinges and weatherproof seals for smooth operation and longevity. We tailor dimensions and finishes to complement both modern extensions and period properties across West Yorkshire.
Bespoke Joinery
From staircases to kitchen units, our joinery team creates made-to-order timber solutions with exacting attention to detail. Using traditional techniques alongside modern tools, we produce durable, aesthetically refined components that integrate perfectly with existing structures while maintaining historical accuracy where required.
Draught Proofing
We implement draught-proofing systems that reduce heat loss by sealing gaps around window frames and door edges. This process maintains indoor comfort while lowering energy bills, using materials compatible with heritage buildings. Our 25+ years of experience ensures effective solutions without compromising architectural integrity.
Heritage Restoration
Specialising in period property conservation, we restore original sash and casement windows to full functionality. Techniques include timber splicing, paint stripping, and draught sealing, preserving historical character while improving performance. This approach often proves more cost-effective than full replacement, as demonstrated in Scarborough and Leeds projects.
