Lock replacements
We install insurance-compliant locking systems for older aluminium and UPVC doors. Our team adapts modern locks to obsolete models, ensuring three-point security systems. This service enhances property safety while meeting insurance requirements without requiring full door replacement.
Hinge adjustments
Our engineers realign dropped window sashes and replace faulty hinges, including fire-exit models. Using precision tools, we restore smooth operation to tilt-and-turn windows and casement designs. This service extends the lifespan of existing installations and prevents draughts.
Glass unit replacements
We replace broken or fogged glass units in windows, doors, and Velux rooflights. Clients can upgrade to low-emissivity, argon-filled glass for improved thermal efficiency. Our mobile workshop allows on-site cutting and fitting, minimising disruption to daily routines.
Weather seal installations
We fit new weather seals and glazing gaskets to prevent water ingress and draughts. This service restores comfort in properties with aged windows, reducing energy bills and maintenance costs. Materials are selected for durability in Glasgow's climate conditions.
